The experience

Ten minutes from the golf greens, a different Belek

Belek is manicured: fairways, palm avenues, pool bars. The trail behind it is not. A short transfer inland and the tarmac gives way to river crossings, pine shadow and open ground that only makes sense on four off-road tyres.

After the safety briefing and a practice loop, the convoy sets off behind the lead guide. Quad or buggy, short ride or long — you set your own throttle. This is a route built for fun rather than fear, so first-timers settle in fast and confident drivers still find plenty to grin about.

Expect dust on everything, mud where the trail dips, splashes through the shallow river sections, and a rest stop for photos and a cold drink. You are back at your hotel with most of the day still ahead of you.

Stage by stage

How the ride runs

The total experience usually takes around 4–4.5 hours, including transfers and the safari itself. Exact timings vary with your hotel location and the day's transfer schedule — we confirm your pickup after booking.

  1. 01

    Hotel pickup

Morning collection from the main entrance of your hotel across the Belek and Kadriye area, then a short transfer inland to the safari base.

  2. 02

    Briefing and practice loop

Helmet and dust mask fitted, controls explained, and a practice loop before anyone touches the trail. Protective goggles are sold on site if you want them. Quad drivers need to be 16 or over with ID.

  3. 03

    Into the convoy

Single file behind the experienced lead guide, at the guide's pace. Anyone who prefers not to drive rides pillion — quad passengers join from age 8, and buggy passengers can be younger with an adult.

  4. 04

    Forest and river sections

Dusty forest trails and shallow river sections in the backcountry behind Belek, with the resort strip suddenly a world away.

  5. 05

    Open terrain, dust and mud

Rolling off-road ground with dusty stretches, and mud to splash through when conditions allow. Old clothes are the correct clothes — and closed shoes, never flip-flops.

  6. 06

    Rest stop

A scenic pause for photos and a cold drink — drinks and snacks are paid on site, so bring a little cash.

  7. 07

    Back by early afternoon

The convoy returns to base, the transfer drops you at your hotel, and the rest of the day is yours.

Questions

Everything guests ask before booking

What kind of experience does a quad safari tour from Belek offer?
A quad safari tour offers an adrenaline-filled driving adventure through forest roads, mud trails and natural beauties. You can have a fun day surrounded by nature by driving on dusty and rugged terrain at the foothills of the Taurus Mountains.
How long does a quad safari tour last and what services are included?
The full experience takes around 4–4.5 hours door to door, including hotel transfer, the safety briefing and a practice loop. You choose the riding time when you book: the short tour gives you 1.5–2 hours on the trail, the long tour 2.5–3 hours. The price includes the quad with fuel, helmet and dust mask, guiding and liability insurance.
Who can join a quad safari tour?
Drivers need to be 16 or over with ID; passengers join from age 8. Driving is skill-based: after the briefing and practice loop, anyone who feels confident drives their own quad, and anyone who prefers not to drive rides along as a passenger. Infants aged 0–3 join free of charge. The tour is not recommended during pregnancy or with serious back or neck problems. Anyone riding along as a passenger pays half the driver's price.
What should I wear and bring with me when I come to a quad safari?
Comfortable old clothes, closed shoes and sunglasses work best — flip-flops are not suitable. The trails are dusty, so bring a change of clothes, sunscreen and water; a mask or bandana helps, and protective goggles are sold at the base if you want them.
